Event Ticket Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduled Events

• If the event is canceled: No action is required to obtain a refund; the refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. In some cases, we may offer the option to choose either a credit or a refund. You will be notified of your options and can submit a request for credit if desired.

• If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: Your ticket(s) remain valid, and no further action is needed. If we approve refunds and/or credits, a notification will explain your options, and you may submit a request for a refund or credit. Alternatively, you can keep your ticket(s) for the rescheduled event.

• Ticket Refunds: All sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, subject to approval by contacting trish@legendsonlyauthentics.com. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice, and items may sell out or become unavailable.

Terms and Conditions

• Due to the limited supply and pricing volatility of collectible products, all prices are SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, and all items are subject to prior sell-out or unavailability.

• All mail-in items are sent at the customer’s risk. Legends Only Authentics does not guarantee pen color, pen type, or autograph placement. We reserve the right to reject any item submitted for signing.

• By participating in a public or mail-in event where a famous athlete or guest is present, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with your items and interactions. Legends Only Authentics is not responsible for any actions, behaviors, or interactions of the athletes or guests.

Non-Refundable Tickets

All tickets are non-refundable. If you fail to arrive on time for a guest appearance or leave before the designated guest appearance time, you forfeit any option for compensation or a refund.

Service Fee Non-Refundable

Please note that any service fee applied to your transaction is charged by a third-party service provider. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cases where a refund is issued for the main transaction.

Product Returns

• Autographed Items: Autographed items are NON-REFUNDABLE. In special circumstances, contact us within 12 hours of your initial purchase for consideration.

• Exempt Products: Certain products, including sale or discounted items and tickets from published events, are exempt from being returned.

• Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when the item does not arrive in its original packaging, is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to an error by Legends Only Authentics, or is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Legends Only Authentics does not guarantee receipt of returned items.

Insurance & Shipping

For mail-in customers, Legends Only Authentics is not liable for items once they leave our facility. You have the option to add insurance to your items by informing us prior to shipping. Failure to notify us about insurance prior to shipping forfeits your rights to add insurance, and we are not liable for the items once in transit. Mail-in customers automatically accept this policy when sending their items to Legends Only Authentics.

Service Charge Disclaimer

A third-party service charge of 4% will be applied to every transaction. This fee is non-refundable and covers processing costs associated with your purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
