Shipping Instructions
1. Prepare Your Items for Shipping
To ensure a smooth return process, please carefully pack all items you wish to return. It’s essential to include your Order Number or a printed copy of your invoice inside the package. This will help us quickly identify your order and expedite processing.
2. Include Return Shipping
If you prefer to prepay for the return shipping, please include the payment in your
package. We do not accept stamped envelopes due to the high risk of damage. This can be in the form of a check or prepaid shipping label. If you choose not to prepay, we will invoice you for the return shipping costs once your item is ready to be sent back.
3. Mail Your Package

Please use a reliable shipping method and consider obtaining a tracking number to ensure your package is secure and can be traced during transit.
4. How Long Until I Receive My Items Back?
Once the event concludes, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your mail in order. During this time, we will inspect the items and prepare them for shipment back to you. If you have any questions or concerns during this period, don’t hesitate to reach out via email at trish@legendsonlyauthentics.com.
5. Important: Insurance for Your Item
If you would like to add insurance to your return shipment for added peace of mind,
please email trish@legendsonlyauthentics.com before the event. Specify the total amount you want your item insured for. Note that insurance requests must be made in advance; if you do not contact us beforehand, the option for insurance will be automatically voided.
Additional Information
Return Policy: Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition. Returns that do not meet our policy may be subject to additional fees or may not be accepted.

Did You Mail in for National?
We recently accepted mail-ins for the National event! If you were one of the customers who sent in items, we’ll begin receiving them back 2 weeks after the event. Please allow 1–2 weeks after that date for safe return shipping.

By accessing or using our services, including purchasing items from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Our products include a selection of authentic autographs and memorabilia. Each item is unique and comes with authenticity documentation. While we strive for accuracy in our product descriptions, we do not guarantee the specific appearance of items, including:
- Color
- Location of the autograph
- Thickness of the pen used
3. AUTHENTICITY
All autographs included with our products come with correlated authenticity documentation. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of the item, as each autograph is unique and may exhibit variations in quality and appearance.
4. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as outlined on our website.
5. MAIL-IN ITEMS
If you choose to mail in your own items for signing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Items are mailed at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- We recommend using a secure shipping method and obtaining insurance for valuable items.
- We will take reasonable care in handling and returning your items but cannot guarantee their condition upon return.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and ship orders promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be added to your order total.
7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legends Only Authentics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
